Tywond Roscoe McGee was born on October 27, 1991 to Beacguntha Vonette McGee and Willis Albert Floyd Jr., of Amite, Louisiana. He was raised in Amite where he attended school and played football. After graduating high school in 2010, he attended Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. There he received his degree in Criminal Justice. Tywond was an activist in the community. He loved Amite and the people there, so he ran for Mayor, but later dropped out and ran for City Councilman. He loved his family and friends, he never seen any wrong in anyone. He was always there to give positive advice. His favorite saying was be blessed. On Thursday June 15, 2017, Tywond passed away at his residence in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He leaves to cherish his mother Beachuntha Floyd and father Willis Floyd Jr., two brothers: Willis Floyd III of Amite, Louisiana and Nicholas Floyd of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, three sisters: Tamekia and Sierra Floyd both of Amite, Louisiana and Keyshonna Solomon of Fluker, Louisiana, his grandmother: Mary Alice Floyd, longtime girlfriend Terriyhanna Ross, unborn child: Klover Grace McGe, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Carolyn Joyce Irving McGee, Arthur Joseph McGee Sr, Willis Albert Floyd Sr and first cousins Jacqueline and Michael Sibley
